The other way of living

1. Develop the explanatory style of an optimist
2. Eliminate the explanatory style of a pessimist
3. Recognize and dispute pessimistic thought
4. Use the positive reprehension of an optimistic
5. Make Hope as a habit
6. Use Negative thinking wisely
7. Practice forgiveness and gratitiue
8. Play to your signature strength
9. Go for the Flow
10. Act the way you want to feel
